Facilities and activities
In addition, the Early Years children benefit from specialist gym instruction in the school hall and music lessons/singing lessons. Ensemble Cymru, a professional classical music ensemble deliver at least three workshops a year to our pupils in Early Years, introducing them to different instruments and involving them in elements of musical performance. This has proved to be very successful, and we are proud to have involved them in the pupils’ musical learning.
Various activities and clubs take place for even our youngest children, including skiing, ballet and swimming. We endeavour to make the most of our beautiful location in the education we offer. With this in mind, we will have Forest School status next academic year, when pupils from Early Years to Year 6 will have access to outdoor learning in the neighbouring Pwllycrochan Woods.
